Jackson has extensive experience in creating client-focused business solutions that leverage state-of-the-art data processing and analytics to generate key consumer insights and drive business process optimization. His teams develop database marketing and targeting strategies for clients across many industries including consumer products, credit card, banking and financial services, software products, travel/leisure, and healthcare/pharmaceuticals. Dr. Barrett has led businesses that develop and implement behavioral targeting algorithms and decision support systems based on credit bureau, demographic, sociographic, and consumer purchase behavior data.

Vice President Analytics & Database Operations

Gordon is an experienced data and marketing analytics leader with a strong focus on business growth. His integration of complex internal, third party, survey, digital, and outside source data allows him to give his clients a holistic customer view. Gordon’s expertise in merging and aligning data for analytic usage within the financial, software, telecom and pharmaceutical industries provides a broad base for delivering marketing leaders with the tangible insight and results needed to grow their specific business. Gordon has climbed all 46 high peaks in upstate New York, mentors junior high students, and enjoys boat building in his spare time.

David brings a wealth of experience as the leader of Certatude Digital, having most recently led Band Digital and Whittman Hart Interactive to national recognition both by Forrester and Advertising Age. David started in traditional advertising, first at the Leo Burnett Company working on accounts like Kelloggs, Sony, and Samsonite, then as Director of Client Services at Y&R, overseeing all accounts including Sears, Jim Beam, H & R Block and Monsanto. David applies his robust experience to shepherding client relationships and directing strategy, as well as driving the Certatude Digital company vision and measuring performance against its goals.

Natalie Todorovic-Shaw

Vice President, Analytic Services

Natalie has substantial experience providing strategic solutions through data insights and quantitative analytics. She focuses on meeting clients’ needs and being proactive to help partners reach their goals. Natalie has managed various analytical teams across the Marketing, Finance, Banking and Education industries. Additional client projects include Airline Loyalty program management and Software marketing programs in Japan and North America. Natalie has successfully managed the development and implementation of large cross-functional strategic projects, such as individual-level future profit measure, early transactional credit risk models, and 300+ customer credit bureau attributes for a credit user.

Mark Mathewson

Mark Mathewson

Vice President, Customer Insights

Mark has an extensive background in the design and implementation of data warehouses and data marts. Most recently, he developed the design and implementation of a Consumer 360 database for Electronic Arts, built in Teradata, which allows delivery of product launch campaigns and triggered messaging based on specific customer activity. Mark also worked on large marketing database projects for Grey Global Group clients in the software, gaming, consumer packaged goods, and telecommunications industries. He led the development and deployment of a successful Business Objects reporting solution, including marketing data integration efforts for client acquisitions, and the design and implementation of a consumer marketing data mart for Japan.
